About FACTUREE – The Online Manufacturer

Within the last five years, FACTUREE has managed to establish a completely new form of parts procurement: Until now, it has been incredibly challenging for engineers to find the right manufacturers for their technical components. Due to strong price fluctuations, high quality differences and slow response times, conventional procurement of custom parts was very non-transparent, time-consuming and often frustrating.

With the help of FACTUREE, companies and research institutes can now easily procure their individual components online and on demand. Our team combines their technical know-how with the intelligence of our self-developed software system. Within our network, we always find the most suitable manufacturing partners in terms of quality, lead time and price. Our customers also benefit from rapid quotations and our excellent customer service.

Your tasks with us:

  • Successive assumption of responsibility for managing the operational day-to-day business in the finance area
  • Communication with international suppliers and preparing accounts 
  • Processing payments, in part via external payment service providers
  • Reviewing the posting of current business transactions in international goods and services trade
  • Coordination of accounts and of our receivables and payables accounting 
  • Preparing advance VAT returns, summarized reports, business analyses and internal evaluations of costs
  • Participation in compiling annual financial statements to comply with the German Commercial Code
  • Support in preparing payroll accounting

Your profile:

  • Qualification in taxation, alternatively degree in economics or finance
  • Several years of experience in accounting and in the areas listed above
  • Expertise in the tax law of international trade in goods and services
  • Competency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software (ideally Agenda)
  • Interested in taking on responsibility for your area and the operational management of the team
  • Proficiency in German and good spoken and written English

Your tasks with us:

  • Cooperate with our account managers in processing customer inquiries
  • Provide technical evaluation of the requested parts and components
  • Calculation of purchase prices and selection of suitable suppliers for each project
  • Management of production orders
  • Provide clarification to clients regarding technical queries in the ongoing manufacturing process
  • Serve as mediator and problem solver in case of complaints

Your profile:

  • Education in engineering, industrial engineering, product design, technical purchasing or mechanical engineering
