About FACTUREE – The Online Manufacturer

Within the last five years, FACTUREE has managed to establish a completely new form of parts procurement: Until now, it has been incredibly challenging for engineers to find the right manufacturers for their technical components. Due to strong price fluctuations, high quality differences and slow response times, conventional procurement of custom parts was very non-transparent, time-consuming and often frustrating.

With the help of FACTUREE, companies and research institutes can now easily procure their individual components online and on demand. Our team combines their technical know-how with the intelligence of our self-developed software system. Within our network, we always find the most suitable manufacturing partners in terms of quality, lead time and price. Our customers also benefit from rapid quotations and our excellent customer service.

Your tasks with us:

  • Further development and communication of the FACTUREE employer brand
  • Implementing our hiring plan and recruiting new colleagues for the Sales, Purchasing, IT, Marketing and Accounting departments 
  • Selecting and managing (new) recruiting channels 
  • Securing and optimizing the candidate journey throughout the process up to onboarding
  • Conducting employee listening initiatives and feedback discussions
  • Planning and coordinating development activities for your colleagues
  • Assuming administrative HR tasks and responsibility for the HR budget
  • Cooperating with our freelance HR experts at the operative and strategic level
  • Developing the HR department to be future ready

Your profile:

  • Qualification in the area of economics or human resources management
  • HR all-rounder with relevant work experience in recruiting and employer branding, ideally in talent retention & development as well
  • Experience in using HR software solutions for recruiting and managing employees 
  • Advantageous: knowledge of German labor laws and experience in applying for work visas
  • Competent with tools for efficient teamwork and more productivity – ideally Google Workspace and Trello
  • Proficient in German and English – written and spoken
  • Strong organizational skills

Your tasks with us:

  • Cooperate with our account managers in processing customer inquiries
  • Provide technical evaluation of the requested parts and components
  • Calculation of purchase prices and selection of suitable suppliers for each project
  • Management of production orders
  • Provide clarification to clients regarding technical queries in the ongoing manufacturing process
  • Serve as mediator and problem solver in case of complaints
  • Establish long-term relationships with our suppliers
  • Important to know: in this position, you will not work directly with machines or in any manufacturing process

Your profile:

  • Bildung im Bereich Ingenieurwissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Produktdesign, technischer Einkauf oder Maschinenbau
  • Studienabschluss ist wünschenswert, aber kein Muss
  • Affinity for technical topics
  • Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Herstellungsmethoden, Materialkunde und Zeichnungsteile sind ein Pluspunkt

  • Receiving customer inquiries by phone and forwarding them to the responsible colleagues in account management
  • Reactivation of existing customers and obtaining feedback through targeted direct contact by telephone
  • Support of our marketing activities 
  • Concept development to improve our service

Your profile:

  • German language skills at native level
  • Very good knowledge of the following other languages: English, French, Spanish and Italian
  • Practical experience in customer service and in the use of sales software is an advantage
  • Ideally interested in technical topics and the further development of our internal CRM software

Your tasks with us:

  • Agile further development of our own ERP system, which is used daily by your colleagues in Sales and Purchasing to make our customers happy
  • Prioritization features in cooperation with the product owner and the development team
  • Promoting self-organization in the team according to the Scrum method
  • Supporting and guiding other team members in the implementation and improvement of features
  • Observing user interactions in our software and gathering feedback
  • Contributing new technologies and design ideas to continuously improve the product

Your profile:

  • At least three years of software development practice in the areas of system architecture, implementation, design, testing, and operations
  • Expertise in developing with JavaScript ES6 from front- to backend
  • Good knowledge of NodeJS and MongoDB
  • Ideally experience with React, View or Angular
  • Know-how in building APIs
  • First experience in deployment (AWS)
  • Nice to have: familiarity with Parse Server 
  • High degree of customer orientation and pragmatism
  • Interest in different perspectives and fun at work

  • Very good written and spoken English
