Por ello, la prevenci\u00f3n es clave para empleados y empresas. FACTUREE (<a style=\"font-size: 1rem; background-color: #ffffff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facturee.de\/es\/\">www.facturee.de<\/a>) apoya medidas para reforzar y restablecer la salud mental en el entorno laboral. Por ello, el Fabricante Online, con sede en Berl\u00edn, participa en el proyecto modelo \"Soul Office\" (<a href=\"http:\/\/souloffice-berlin.de\">souloffice-berlin.de<\/a>) de la empresa sin \u00e1nimo de lucro KOPF, HAND + FUSS gGmbH (KHuF). Aqu\u00ed, los empleados tienen la oportunidad de desarrollar y fortalecer las estrategias de afrontamiento con la ayuda de apoyo psicol\u00f3gico, asesoramiento entre pares y elementos de coaching. Los empleados de FACTUREE pueden trabajar a distancia en el espacio de coworking TUECHTIG de KHuF y aprovechar all\u00ed el apoyo mental y el coaching.<\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Un estado mental fr\u00e1gil puede provocar agotamiento, depresi\u00f3n, ansiedad o altos niveles de estr\u00e9s. Como complemento al puesto de trabajo en la oficina o en casa, el proyecto se entiende como un elemento m\u00e1s de la gesti\u00f3n de la salud corporativa. En el marco de esta iniciativa, el fabricante en l\u00ednea FACTUREE utiliza varias salas del espacio de coworking inclusivo TUECHTIG de KHuF, donde los empleados pueden trabajar a distancia y participar en el programa \"Soul Office\".<\/p><p>\"La 'Oficina del Alma' es un lugar para el encuentro personal y el intercambio de ideas.
