About FACTUREE – The Online Manufacturer
Within the last five years, FACTUREE has managed to establish a completely new form of parts procurement: Until now, it has been incredibly challenging for engineers to find the right manufacturers for their technical components. Due to strong price fluctuations, high quality differences and slow response times, conventional procurement of custom parts was very non-transparent, time-consuming and often frustrating.
With the help of FACTUREE, companies and research institutes can now easily procure their individual components online and on demand. Our team combines their technical know-how with the intelligence of our self-developed software system. Within our network, we always find the most suitable manufacturing partners in terms of quality, lead time and price. Our customers also benefit from rapid quotations and our excellent customer service.

Your tasks with us:
- Cooperate with our account managers in processing customer inquiries
- Provide technical evaluation of the requested parts and components
- Calculation of purchase prices and selection of suitable suppliers for each project
- Management of production orders
- Provide clarification to clients regarding technical queries in the ongoing manufacturing process
- Serve as mediator and problem solver in case of complaints
- Establish long-term relationships with our suppliers
- Important to know: in this position, you will not work directly with machines or in any manufacturing process
Your profile:
- Education in engineering, industrial engineering, product design, technical purchasing or mechanical engineering
- University degree is desirable but not a must
- Affinity for technical topics
- Knowledge of manufacturing methods, material science and custom parts is a plus
- First practical experience in supplier management is beneficial
- Routine use of software to increase own productivity
- Pronounced communication and decision-making skills
- High degree of service orientation, inquisitiveness and ability to learn
- Strong organizational skills, enjoys multitasking and has an eye for detail
- Team Player with a sense of responsibility
- Proficient in German and English – written and spoken
- Other foreign languages are an advantage (e.g. French, Italian, Spanish, Chinese)

- Important to know: as an Account Manager, you do not have to do any cold calling or other measures to acquire new customers.

- Analyzing and optimizing the existing marketing concept, campaigns and reporting
- Selecting and establishing new marketing channels
- Automating marketing processes
- Developing and implementing new SEO and SEA strategies

Your profile:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position with initial leadership experience in the startup or scaleup environment
- High level of expertise in search engine advertising and data-driven marketing
- Proficient in preparing reports, ideally with experience in data warehousing
- B2B experience and an affinity for technical topics advantageous

Your profile
- Qualification or professional experience in warehousing or logistics
- Enjoy using software
- Good spoken and written German
