As a matter of principle, FACTUREE does not work with instant pricing tools where the instant price is determined at the expense of higher costs and time.
FACTUREE manages to undercut instant offers in more than 80% of cases, which is why we have decided to issue a binding price guarantee for new customers.
Terms of action:
We guarantee new customers a 10% lower price than suppliers with instant price quotes if they submit an offer from one of our competitors.
This promotion applies to offers with an order volume of up to EUR 2,000 net and is (initially) limited to parts made using CNC machining. The request must be made via our online request tool. (See explanatory video above)
The price guarantee applies to parts with identical specifications. Competitive offers must not have been edited.
Frequently asked questions / FAQ
Instant pricing is inherently more expensive. To be able to offer binding quotes for highly complex products such as CNC machined parts, the price must be calculated with significant "safety buffers". In addition, requests via instant pricing tools mean increased manual effort on the part of the buyers. (detailed information)
According to an internal evaluation, FACTUREE therefore manages to undercut existing instant pricing offers from competitors in more than 80% of cases.
You can submit a request via our online request tool and upload a competing offer from an instant pricing provider in Stage 4 (delivery time). If the participation conditions described in the info box (indicated by the magnifying glass) are met, you will receive an offer from us that is 10% cheaper.

Festo regularly launches new products on the market. These innovations are subjected to preliminary analyses and extensive functional tests, using new components that are required on short notice. In order to prevent delays to its development processes and to protect its own resources, Festo sources machined components from FACTUREE – The Online Manufacturer.
Bodo Neef, Development Engineer at Festo, explains: “In the past, we often experienced bottlenecks when procuring prototype parts, which is why we decided to hand over production of the machined parts to FACTUREE.”

The procurement process was very simple: 3D and 2D files created in-house by Festo were used by FACTUREE as production templates. The quote was prepared quickly. Festo was able to upload the prepared files and select the desired production method and material on the FACTUREE website.
Bodo Neef explains: “The components were delivered on time. One version of the valve blocks we ordered performed perfectly in our functional test and could be used immediately. The other design sample was returned to FACTUREE for rework because it had a minor fault. The customer support was very positive throughout. The parts to be reworked were immediately picked up by a transport service provider commissioned by FACTUREE and, after being quickly adapted, delivered to us again.”
The components supplied by FACTUREE met all specifications and desired properties.
