Certificates for compliance
These certificates provide binding and verifiable confirmation that the finished component complies with certain legal regulations or the precise order specifications.
- RoHS: Confirms that a product complies with the strict legal limits for hazardous substances. Download here.
- REACH: The EU Regulation on the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals. Download here.
- EMPB: The initial sample test report is proof of the conformity of the first series part with the drawing.
- PPAP: A structured release procedure for series parts in the automotive industry according to IATF 16949.
Certificates for material
These tool certificates in accordance with EN 10204 document the specific properties and origin of the raw material used and confirm its conformity with the order. These certificates can be enclosed on request.
- Works certificate 2.1: Pure manufacturer's declaration that the product complies with the order. Does not contain any specific test values.
- Tool 2.2: Confirms conformity and contains non-specific test values from ongoing quality assurance.
- Inspection certificate 3.1: Internal, independent inspector confirms conformity and specific test values of the exact delivery batch.
- Inspection certificate 3.2: As certificate 3.1, but additionally validated by an external, independent expert.

Your data is in safe hands with us. Because protecting your design data is a top priority for us.
We work exclusively with data centers in Europe that are ISO 27001 certified. This certification confirms the highest standards in the area of information security management systems. We are also actively in the process of obtaining ISO 27001 certification ourselves, thus guaranteeing you the best possible security in this area too.
Environmentally friendly production according to standard
As a responsible company, we use ISO 14001 to define the framework for systematically improving our environmental performance. The focus here is on the measurable reduction of resource consumption (energy, water), strict compliance with all environmental laws and the continuous optimization of our processes to protect the environment. Our most important manufacturing partners are also certified to ISO 14001 in order to ensure a consistently sustainable supply chain.
