Strategic expansion at FACTUREE: 20 percent increase in staff planned for 2026

FACTUREE has successfully continued its growth trajectory in 2025 with its digital procurement platform for custom-made drawing parts. The company now serves 38,000 customers, mainly from the industrial SME sector, including a growing number of engineers and purchasers. The company has announced an increase in staff of around 20% for 2026. The new capacities will primarily be used to further develop the platform and expand the range of services.

„We have ambitious goals for 2026. We want to become the first choice for reliable, digital procurement for even more companies - especially in volatile times like these. To achieve this, we are expanding our performance at both product and service level and need to grow our workforce by just over 20 percent,“ explains Moritz König, CEO and Founder of FACTUREE.

Simple procurement for medium-sized industrial companies

FACTUREE addresses medium-sized industrial companies for whom short distances are crucial. Fast quotation processes, short supply chains and transparent quality assurance as well as individual advice help customers to shorten project lead times and minimize risks in time-critical production projects.

„In 2025, we will have many of our customers We have felt a great deal of uncertainty. We are currently seeing positive signals coming from the automotive sector in particular. We believe in German industry and in an upward trend this year,“ says Moritz König.

As an all-in-one solution, FACTUREE enables fast and reliable procurement of drawing parts from a single source. The company operates a production network of over 2,000 manufacturing partners from almost all relevant sectors - from CNC and sheet metal processing to 3D printing, casting, forging and surface treatment processes.

Personal advice remains key despite growing AI integration

FACTUREE is planning a comprehensive further development of the digital platform for 2026 and a deeper integration of AI technologies. The FACTUREE Navigator was introduced back in 2025: an AI-supported agent that makes complex manufacturing knowledge accessible and answers technical questions about materials, processes or surface treatments in a matter of seconds.

„Our FACTUREE Navigator has been very well received by users. Customers use it in particular to identify the right manufacturing processes or materials for their projects,“ explains Christopher Walzel, CPO and co-founder of FACTUREE. „This year, we want to expand the use of artificial intelligence even more and thus further simplify procurement processes for buyers and engineers.“

In addition to further technological development, FACTUREE is also planning to expand its service and geographical presence. „We want to be able to serve our customers even faster and more individually. Despite all the digitalization, personal advice remains a key added value,“ says Walzel.
